TVI Academy is the training arm of The Viral Ideas, a Varanasi-based digital marketing agency that has helped 200+ brands across India grow since 2019. We didn't start as a coaching centre that later learned marketing. We started as an agency — and then opened our doors so students could learn the way our own team does: on real clients, with real deadlines, next to the people running the campaigns.

From Agency Floor to Classroom
The Viral Ideas began in Varanasi in 2019 with a simple belief: businesses in our part of India deserve the same quality of marketing as brands in Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore. Since then, our team has planned content, run ads, edited videos and built brands for 200+ businesses across the country.
Along the way, we kept seeing the same gap. Talented young people in Varanasi and Purvanchal wanted marketing careers, but most training they could find was theory, recorded videos or outdated tools. The skills agencies actually hire for were only learned on the job.
So we built the job into the training. TVI Academy runs inside our working agency. Students sit where real campaigns are planned, work on briefs from our own client accounts, and learn from mentors who do this work every day. Our first cohort began in September 2026 — and every batch is shaped by what our clients need right now.
